The doors open at 8:30am for registration and light breakfast. The keynote begins at 9:00am SHARP. The event will close with lunch from 11:45am-1:00pm.

By the "L": Take the green line, pink line, or blue line depending on where you are in the city.

By Bus: Take bus 20, 8, or 65 depending on where you are in the city.

Where can I find parking?

Paid parking is available in West Loop. There are multiple SP+ Parking garages nearby.

Will meals be served at the event?
Attendees will be provided a light breakfast and sit down lunch.

Is there a hotel room block or recommendations on where to stay?
While we do not have a room block this year, hotels close to the venue that we recommend include: The Godfrey Hotel Chicago, Crowne Plaza Chicago West Loop, Swissotel Chicago, and LondonHouse Chicago, Curio Collection by Hilton.

Can I bring my colleague to the event?
The programming and experience at the event is tailored to any professionals working within the customer experience industry. If you have a colleague you think would be interested, please ask them to register here. Only registered attendees will be able to attend the event.

Is there a dress code?
While there is no official dress code, we typically recommend business casual attire.
